Everything you need to know about Country Legends Festival!

DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE

Country Legends Festival is held at Lions Club Park in West Liberty, Ohio.  The physical address is 576 Township Road 174, West Liberty, OH 43357.  GPS ADDRESS:  420 East Baird Street, West Liberty, OH 43357.  NOTE:  Go pas GPS Address destination and continue an additional half mile outside of town (eastbound).  See below map.

Guests will enter the concert on the south side of the venue.  If you purchased tickets in advance, you can proceed directly to the entry to have your tickets scanned and receive your wristband.  If you need to purchase tickets, proceed to the ticket booth prior to going to the entry gate.  Please note; no weapons are permitted on the premises.  All bags, purses and people are subject to search.  Metal detectors are onsite and will be utilized for the safety of all of our guests.

Once you have entered the venue, you are allowed to exit and reenter at your own convenience.  You must use the gate marked "Re-Entry" and are again subject to search upon reentry.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

Free parking is available at the park, but is limited.  Be sure to arrive early to ensure you can park at the park, as all parking is first come first serve.  Overflow parking for the West Liberty Labor Day festival is also available at the following churches in West Liberty (all walking distance from the park):

WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Our concerts are outdoors and are "rain or shine."  All tickets sales are non-refundable due to financial commitments we have with the entertainment.  Please dress accordingly with the local forecast.

ARE COOLERS, BACKPACKS, BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED?

Coolers are not allowed in the main event area.  Alcohol is not permitted outside of the event area.  Beverages including beer, soda and water will be available inside the event area for purchase.  Backpacks are also not allowed.  Handbags and purses are permitted but are subject to search prior to entry.

CAN YOU CAMP OR WHAT IS THE LODGING SITUATION?

At this time, camping is not available at the festival.  Below is a list of campgrounds local to the festival that you can contact about campsites.  Hotels are available in Bellefontaine and Urbana, both a 15 minute drive from West Liberty.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CHAIR?

Seating is only provided in reserved and premium areas.  If you are purchasing a general admission ticket and would like to have a seat, please bring your own lawn chair or blanket.

WILL FOOD/DRINK VENDORS BE AVAILABLE?

Within the main event area, there will be several food and drink vendors for your convenience, along with a beer garden.  Outside of the main event area, there is a Labor Day festival going on at the park and additional food/drink vendors will be available.  No alcohol will be permitted outside of the main event area.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE REFRESHMENTS BEFORE THE SHOW?

If you're looking for pre or post show ice cold beverages (alcohol or regular), tobacco products or snacks - or maybe even a meal - swing by Mad River Farm Market and their carry-out, conveniently located just south of West Liberty on US Route 68.  Mad River Farm Market is a proud supporter of CLCS.

PHOTOGRAPHY / MEDIA REGULATIONS

Photography for personal use is allowed at Country Legends Festival and CLCS events.  
 

Professional / media recording, re-production, photographs, and/or transmissions is expressly prohibited without without prior written consent and approval from Country Legends Festival officials.  Professional / media outlets who are granted permission must abide by contract requirements made between CLFest and the artists, which will be provided upon approval.  No photographs and/or videos can be published without aforementioned consent and approval.  To request media credentials, email mhull@CountryLegendsCS.com.
